In accordance with Governor Baker’s order, Baystate Mobile Veterinary Services’ brick and mortar office will be closed until April 7th.
We will continue to answer phone calls, refill your prescriptions and administer rabies vaccinations by appointment. The phone will be staffed M-F 10 am to 5 pm. If you have a previously scheduled appointment, a member of our team will be contacting you by phone to discuss our social distancing procedure so that things can go as smoothly as possible
We encourage you to use our telemedicine service for your sick pets. This will allow us to follow the emergency order set by Governor Baker while still caring for your sick pets www.gettelevet.com/owners.
